fragment design & Starbucks' Latest Collaboration Includes Stainless Steel Bottles
Able to hold a Grande sized cup of coffee.

Following their previous collaboration on instant coffee, Hiroshi Fujiwara‘s fragment design and Starbucks have partnered up once again for a new 500ml stainless steel bottle. Designed to hold the same amount of liquid as a Grande-sized order, the bottle is accompanied by more bespoke VIA flavors.
Boasting co-branding from both brands, the bottle’s body takes cues from fragment design’s signature matte black colorway and implements a vacuum insulation structure to keep liquids warm in cold environments. The two brands are also offering a set of Starbucks’ VIA powdered coffee packets in “Essence Colombia” flavor — these Japan-only products turn into liquid coffee with the addition of milk or water. Three branded paper cups join the set, making it easy to enjoy VIA on the go.
The stainless steel bottle and Starbucks Via Coffee Essence Colombia & Cup will be on sale December 18 via an online raffle. Participants must enter the lottery between November 5 and November 20. The steel bottle will sell for ¥5,500 JPY (approximately $50 USD) while the Starbucks Via will retail at ¥500 JPY (approximately $4.40 USD.)
