Directly following the release of his new Feet of Clay project for Tan Cressida/Warner Records, Earl Sweatshirt is wasting no time when it comes to supporting the EP with visuals, deciding to begin the weekend by delivering the official music video for the early Feet of Clay highlight “East.” Directed by The Realest Photographer Ever, Earl Sweatshirt’s new clip for “East” was filmed in Hawaii.
Altogether, Earl Sweatshirt’s new Feet of Clay is giving listeners seven new tracks to digest in the coming weeks and months. In a statement about the project and its themes and narrative, the 25-year-old lyricist labels Feet of Clay as “a collection of observations and feelings recorded during the death throes of a crumbling empire.”
