After dropping a large selection of layering options for Fall 2019, BAPE’s subdivision AAPE by A Bathing Ape prepares for the colder months ahead with three new collections for Winter 2019.

The “AAPE DRILLER” collection takes on a vibrant orange color scheme for an industrial aesthetic. Functional elements such as reflective banners, warning labels and multiple pockets inform a variety of jackets and pants. Highlights include a puffer jacket with complimentary camouflage lining and “AAPE” tape detailing on the sleeves, as well as a multi-pocket down jacket with velcro accents.

Inspired by ’90s campus style, the selection of “COLLEGE SPORTS” gear presents AAPE’s updates on vintage baseball jackets, color-blocked hoodies and sweatpants, and fleece pullovers. Contrasting yellow and blue colorways, along with a checkered print, offer fresh takes on campus classics. Warm beanies and small over-the-shoulder pouches and waist bags round out the looks.

Finally, “SPACE PROGRAM” uses outer space as its design inspiration. Long sleeves, hoodies and down jackets feature the 90s IBM font design in green and black colorways. Highlights include a semi-iridescent green puffer jacket informed by multiple logo tags and central branding, as well as crewneck sweatshirts and pants sporting space-inspired prints with silver detailing.

Take a look at the new collection in the gallery above. The selection of AAPE by A Bathing Ape’s Winter 2019 pieces are available now on AAPE’s website and at its select in-store locations.

In related news, BAPE put together a set of Sugar Skull T-shirts in celebration of Dias De Los Muertos (Day of the Dead).
