Blac Youngsta Offloads Street Gospel in New Album 'Church on Sunday'
Listen to the feature-heavy project from the newly ordained minister.

Memphis rapper and newly ordained minister Blac Youngsta has delivered his sophomore album, Church on Sunday. Unlike Kanye’s gospel-focused Jesus Is King, Youngsta doesn’t shy away from his usual trap-laden sensibilities — thick in features and brimming with profanities, Church on Sunday is a classic offering from the Epic Records-signed artist.
Clocking in at 16 tracks, the album hosts a bevy of fellow Southern hip-hop talent from T.I., Yo Gotti, Moneybagg Yo, City Girls, and more, equally tapping diverse cameos from Tory Lanez, DaBaby, Jacquees, Ty Dolla $ign, G-Eazy, Wiz Khalifa, and Chris Brown. As is expected from the rapper, the album dives deep into the in-your-face life of the streets.
In a recent interview with BET, Youngsta shared that the album features “No gospel, just street gospel. I’m the one singing. I’m really rapping on this album. It’s more real-life. I put my all into this sh**. It was not an overnight process and it took me a year and a half to do the album.”
