adidas Nite Jogger Gets Equipped With Weather-Resistant Cordura Fabric
Taking on inclement conditions in style.
Since debuting its new-jack Nite Jogger at the top of the year, adidas Originals has provided many alternate iterations of the performance-turned-lifestyle silhouette, the latest of which is this Cordura fabric-equipped design. Combining classic adidas styling and modern-day tech in equal measures, it was clearly made with the transitional period between fall and winter in mind.
Presenting a tan mesh base with plenty of colorful orange and green accents, these Nite Joggers play with texture just as much as tone, using a straightforward mesh on the toebox, a textured cargo-style netting on the midfoot and a combo of high-vis reflective material/ripstop on the heel. This bold base is then accented by leather overlays — black on the forefoot, green on the heel — plus two-tone rope laces.
Branding is provided by adidas hits on the midfoot and tongue, while the upper is lined with Cordura fabric to ensure the wearer’s feet stay warm and dry. Down below, a full-length black BOOST midsole provides familiar comfort and stark contrast, with a tri-color outsole completing the look.
These extra-hardy Nite Joggers are set to release this month at retailers like 43einhalb. The price is set at €160 EUR (approximately $176 USD).
