Omar Apollo Lives Out Carefree Lifestyle in "Kickback" Video
The record hails from his ‘Friends’ EP.
After dropping off his soulful “So Good” music video in May, Omar Apollo has now shared the visuals for “Kickback,” another smooth track from his Friends EP. The singer lives the carefree life while partying on a boat with friends, all the while lending melodies about the mixed feelings that sometimes come with relationships.
Matthew Dillon Cohen handled direction on the video, while Patrick Donovan served as the executive producer. The release comes just ahead of his plans to embark on a North American tour this fall, which follows behind his stint of shows this summer, including last month’s Lollapalooza festival in Chicago. He’s slated to hit Mexico City on October 19, and wrap up in Atlanta in December. In the meantime, watch “Kickback” now by scrolling above.
