HyperX & Champion's Capsule Collection Brings Gaming Lifestyle to Streetwear
Featuring a newly designed logo in rose gold.

Earlier this year, HyperX, the gaming division of Kingston Technology Company, Inc., teamed up with Nissin for Cup Noodle headphones complete with a ‘Microphork.’ This time, the high-performance product developer is joining Champion for an apparel capsule collection — an arguably less quirky collaboration.
Featuring a classic cotton T-shirt and Reverse Weave hoodies and crewnecks, the new line boasts a newly designed composite logo in a rose gold design. Hoodies and crewnecks sport HyperX and Champion logos on opposite sleeves with “We’re All Gamers” embroidered on the backs. The collection’s black colorway contrasts with the rose gold accents, creating a sleek design that combines both function and style.
As HyperX heads towards being the No. 1 lifestyle gaming brand, Champion’s entrance into the esports market comes at just the right time. David Robertson, director of brand marketing at Champion speaks on the brands’ collaboration:
“Champion has remained at the forefront of sports for the last century and we look to this partnership to forge a path on the cutting edge of esports for us going forward. HyperX is an integral part of the esports community and we’re elated to collaborate with them on this capsule collection. Every step of the design process has been an exhilarating chance for us to play with new colors and designs that are both functional and stylish.”
A HyperX Cloud MIX wired gaming headset in the same rose gold color as the apparel collection will be available on October 21. Beginning November 1, the co-branded attire will be available on Champion’s website for a limited time only.
The sportswear brand recently collaborated with BEAMS for a range of cozy Fall/Winter 2019 layering pieces.
