Converse has released a Chuck 70 Bosey designed to keep you dry in preparation for the upcoming months ahead. Opting for a more subtle, fully blacked-out colorway, the sneaker takes a more textural approach where form meets function.
The entire upper is constructed with a premium water-repellent nubuck paired with a waterproof lining, keeping unwanted moisture out, whilst its normal laces have been swapped out for thicker rope laces and more robust eyelets, allowing the shoe to withstand harsh weather. The upper then sits on Converse’s iconic midsole with rubber sidewalls and a toecap acting as reinforcements. Extra traction is provided by an aggressively-patterned outsole, preventing you from slipping.
For those interested, the Converse Chuck 70 Bosey Water Repellent is now available at select retailers such as XHIBITION, going for a retail price of $100 USD.
Elsewhere in sneakers, G-Eazy and PUMA has announced their partnership.
