UPDATE: Will Smith has taken to Instagram to offer a first look at the highly anticipated Bad Boys sequel. Check out the Boomerang image below.
Jan 13, 2019: Recently, Will Smith confirmed on Instagram that the cast is getting ready to film Bad Boys For Life. Now the famed actor comes back with another post announcing the start of shooting today.
In the post, Will Smith and co-star, Martin Lawrence, pose in front of a Bad Boy‘s poster. The two Michael Bay-directed buddy cop movies were released in 1995 and 2003 making more than $400 million USD worldwide. Before filming today, the two re-watched the franchise over the weekend to get back into their characters.
Bad Boys For Life is set to be released in January 2020 and the two stars will appear as Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett for the last time.
