Mac Miller and YG's First-Week Sales Projections for New Albums
Both albums will land in the top 5 of the Billboard 200.
Travis Scott‘s ASTROWORLD is projected to move over 450,000 units in its first week, claiming the No. 1 spot on the Billboard 200 chart and ending Drake’s five-week run. The first-week sale projections for Mac Miller‘s Swimming and YG‘s STAY DANGEROUS are now in.
According to Hits Daily Double, Miller is projected to land in the No. 5 spot with 44,000 to 48,000 units sold. YG is projected to end up in the No. 4 position with 52,000 to 57,000 units.
On Tuesday, Miller thanked his fans for the positive reception of the album. See tweet below.
Hi
Putting this album out is such a beautiful feeling. I just want to take a moment to thank you for lending me an ear. Music is such a special thing and moments like these never cease to amaze me. I hope you find something in these songs just as I found something making them.
