Known for its production of denim, Diesel presents the “Heavy Transparency” collection — a selection of watches that embodies the essence of its blue jeans. Amplifying the timepieces, illustrator Mad Dog Jones brings bright colors and surrealism to a lookbook spotlighting the capsule.

Available in some of the brand’s most popular styles, the Mega Chief (DZ4487) and MS9 3-Hand (DZ1868), the duo features translucent cases and straps that fade, just as denim does, from indigo blue to crystal clear alongside natural-colored dial accents, reminiscent of the garment’s stitching. As the inclusion of smokey dials aesthetically connects the pieces, the contrasting utility of the duo creates two distinct offerings: as the Mega Chief’s chronograph design leans towards a sporty use opposed to MS9 3-Hand’s sleek style-oriented structure. Technical capabilities, such as handling 5 ATM of pressure and a quartz powered movement system, complete the seasonal line.

Scroll through the images above, and shop the capsule online via Diesel’s website.
