ALLBLACK & Offset Jim Hit the Court for the "Penny & Shaq" Video
The Bay’s finest take over the gym.
A month after linking up with fellow West Coast champions Nef the Pharaoh and 03 Greedo on “Ball Out,” Oakland star-in-the-making ALLBLACK reconnects with close collaborator and fellow Play Runners Association artist Offset Jim for the official video in support of their recent Outcalls collaboration “Penny & Shaq.”
The visual for ALLBLACK and Offset Jim’s “Penny & Shaq” comes to us courtesy of visual artist Adrian Per, who took to Instagram to say that the pair were “next” up in line for rap’s top spots. Like everything else ALLBLACK is associated with, this visual is a pretty unique offering: taking the song title literally, ALLBLACK and his “Charisma Freestyle” cohort hit the gym to play a basketball game. Who needs the usual rap video troupes when you’re capable of flexing your skills on the court?
