An Official Look at Craig Green's FW18 Grenson Collaboration
A military-inspired take on the formal silhouette.
Having been unveiled during Craig Green‘s Fall/Winter 2018 show earlier this year, the designer’s latest collaboration with Grenson now gets an official look and a new teaser video. The stand-out feature of the formal black derby shoe is the two ridges that run down either side of the lacing system.
These ridges can also be seen on the shoe’s toe and heel, while the silhouette also features a lug sole. The collaboration builds on classic themes in Green’s work, with a military influence — specifically toy soldiers — and nods to elevated workwear and protective clothing. Take a look at the new video below, and expect them to drop via the Grenson web store on June 14.
Craig Green has also recently taken part in a new IKEA collaboration.
