Latest Live-Action 'Bleach' Trailer Reveals Cast of Characters
Set to be a faithful adaptation.
After getting a taste of Ichigo’s first hollow battle, we recently received a full look at the cast of the upcoming Bleach live-action film.
The latest trailer for the manga adaptation reveals just how the film will bring creator Tite Kubo’s Bleach universe to life. From the clip, we get an idea of how closely director Shinsuke Satō has followed the source material in his character designs for Kisuke Urahara, Orihime Inoue, Yasutora “Chad” Sado, and Ichigo’s parents Masaki Kurosaki and Isshin Kurosaki. Centered around the serialized Shonen Jump manga’s “Substitute Shinigami Arc,” the film’s antagonist, Byakuya Kuchiki, will be played by iconic Japanese artist Miyavi.
Check out the latest trailer above and look for the Bleach live-action film to release in Japan on July 20, with a stateside release coming July 28.
