Reebok recently descended upon Boston’s Seaport District to construct its brand new state-of-the-art headquarters, which in the same vein as the company’s core philosophy, embraces physical fitness unlike most others — regardless of industry. Nestled within the Innovation and Design Building lies a behemoth 220,000 square-foot space, which gives way to an expansive 30,000 square-foot gym facility, containing a boxing ring, spin room, yoga and barre studios, as well as a fully-fitted cross-fit studio.

Heavy workouts aside, employees can enjoy such common areas as a cafe, design lab, retail store, shared work tables and a bleacher-style sitting area, amongst much more. To help foster open communication between interdepartmental staff, the space remains void of closed offices and assigned seating. What are your thoughts on Reebok’s new facility?
