Awake NY Drops Exclusive Tee for Dover Street Market's Spring Open House Event
Along with an installation paying homage to iconic New York City locales.
Angelo Baque‘s Awake NY links with Dover Street Market for an exclusive collaboration. Centering around a graphic T-shirt and installation, the drop comes in time for the retailer’s Spring Open House celebration and accompanies the release of Awake NY’s Spring 2018 collection. With nods to historic NYC locations like the Jamaica Colosseum Mall and the airbrushing visible on 42nd Street, the installation will serve as a tribute to the artistic innovations of New York City in the late 20th century. Meanwhile, the limited Spring Open House tee consists of black and pink prints on a white shirt, offering co-branding and a globe graphic on the front, with oversized DSM branding on the rear above details of the event.
Dover Street Market New York Spring Open House launches at 6 p.m. on May 3, where the Awake NY tee and installation will debut.
Keeping in line with the springtime releases, Dover Street Market is one of the COMME des GARÇONS outlets teasing the upcoming CDG line with a limited Anti Social Social Club collaboration shirt.
