After being unveiled as part of “THE TEN” last year, Virgil Abloh’s take on the Converse Chuck 70 almost disappeared before a potential release date emerged recently. Now, the sneaker is almost here, and you can register for your chance to get your hands on a pair.
The shoe’s most striking feature is the use of a translucent upper to showcase details of the silhouette’s original construction. Other features include classic Off-White™ branding — referencing Malden, the town in which Converse was founded — as well as signature quotation marks around the words “Vulcanized,” “Right,” “Left” and “Shoelaces.” Take a closer look at the shoes above. Each pair is set to retail for $130 USD, and you can register to buy a pair via the Converse web store now.
