Amazon Is Working on a Top Secret Home Robot Project
Rosie the Robot Maid, but IRL.

Amazon is set to develop personal androids that perform everyday household chores. Codenamed “Vesta,” the robot has been in development by Amazon’s Lab126 division for some time and the company recently hired robotics to speed up manufacturing.
It’s been rumored the robot will roam using autonomous tech and will listen for users to give it commands like the Echo. First testing, which involves putting the Vesta in select employees’ households, will begin around the end of the year. There is currently no information on whether Amazon plans to release the product to the public, although smaller, less advanced equivalents from ASUS and Kuri have recently been announced.
In related news, Amazon’s Alexa now allows for the creation of custom questions and answers.
