Gucci Launches Limited Edition 'Disturbia' Art Book
Showcasing the brand’s Pre-Fall 2018 collection.
London’s IDEA is partnering with Gucci and photographer Peter Schlesinger for a limited edition art book centering around the Italian fashion house’s Pre-Fall 2018 collection. Dubbed Disturbia, the book includes photographs of models, landscapes, scenery and architecture around Rome, inspired by the films of Dario Argento. Excerpts from Argento’s 1980 film Inferno will appear alongside the imagery.
The Disturbia launch kicks off Arts Week Open House at Dover Street Market New York on May 3, with Schlesinger signing copies of the book from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Afterwards, other DSM locations, 10 Corso Como Milan and IDEA’s website will offer the book.
Recently, Gucci settled its longstanding trademark feud with GUESS.
