Here Is Some Key Outerwear From Drop 1 of visvim's Spring/Summer Collection
A nod to military styling.
We caught our first look at visvim’s Spring/Summer 2018 collection back in January, as the lifestyle label unveiled its corresponding lookbook — highlighting pieces that toyed with traditional workwear in an assortment of casual styles. The Japanese imprint recently released drop 1 from the seasonal range — leading us to explore a small sampling of its outerwear items.
The Iris Liner Jacket is a reversible zip piece, which draws inspiration from the inner layer of the M51 Parka. Fashioned from dyed Italian nylon, one side features a tonal black finish, while the other takes on a deep navy base with contrasting hits of black. Available in, both, olive and black is the Six-Five Fishtail Parka. This military-influenced coat is spun from premium Giza Egyptian cotton and has undergone a natural dye process to help ensure tasteful wear-and-tear aging. The Iris Liner retails for $2,140 CAD (approximately $1,650 USD), while the parka goes for $3,190 CAD (approximately $2,460 USD) and are both available now at HAVEN.
