Kim Kardashian Calls out Saint Laurent for Copying Kanye West
Did the fashion house take cues from ‘Saint Pablo?’

Saint Laurent’s Fall/Winter 2018 runway show received praise for its sultry womenswear and glitzy men’s looks but not everyone was pleased. Recently, Kim Kardashian took to Instagram to call out the Paris fashion house for copying Kanye West.
The recent runway showcase offered a host of smoky eveningwear-inspired clothes, all showcased under rows of spotlights. On March 1, Kardashian uploaded a photo of the Saint Laurent set to her Instagram Stories with the caption, “Cute YSL.” She subsequently uploaded two screenshots of her husband’s 2016 tour set, implying that Saint Laurent had swiped its runway design from West’s Saint Pablo stage, which also boasted similarly angled rows of orange-hued spotlights.

Take a look at the images Kardashian uploaded above and let us know: is this a ripoff, or a mere coincidence? It’s not so long ago that Kardashian herself was under fire for purportedly ripping off COMME des GARÇONS and Vetements designs.
