IWC Reveals Special Edition "Small Pilot" Watch for Charity
The brand’s 12th joint watch with Laureus.
Swiss watch label IWC has released a special edition of model in partnership with the Laureus Sport for Good foundation. The watch is based on IWC’s “Small Pilot” Mark XVIII model, with this being the first time in its long running partnership with Laureus that the duo have teamed up on that item.
As with the previous joint watches, the latest version comes with a dial in the Laureus shade of blue. Elsewhere, the watch has a generally utilitarian design with a black calfskin strap and polished black ceramic case. Another key detail is the engraving on the rear, with each watch’s individual number sitting above the winning entry to a child’s drawing competition launched by IWC. The watch is limited to 1500 editions, and will be priced at $5,650 USD on the IWC web store.
