Nike Introduces Military-Influenced Air Force 270 "Flight Jacket"
It’s like a bomber jacket on your feet.
Nike is rejuvenating the popular Air Force 1 line with a new silhouette known as the Air Force 270. The style was originally introduced at the start of the year with the unveiling of the Air Force 270 “Safari,” a bold, vibrant offering that blended black, orange and an instantly-recognizable speckle print. Now, following in the footsteps of “Wolf Grey/Dark Grey” iteration from earlier this month, the Swoosh refocuses on the silhouette with another standout release.
For the latest addition to the Air Force 270 lineup, Nike takes its inspirational cues from the classic military flight jacket for a special “Flight Jacket” edition. Like many of the outerwear pieces that influenced this shoe’s production, the Air Force 270 “Flight Jacket” features prominent use of olive, orange and black.
