Netflix's 'The Push' Features a Reality Show Pressuring People to Kill
“Can we be manipulated through social pressure to commit murder?”
Netflix‘s upcoming reality special will feature a social experiment demonstrating if pressured to do so, people will commit murder. A rehearsed scenario followed through by dozens of actors will be put to play to psychologically manipulate an oblivious man named Chris to push someone to their death.
The show The Push will be hosted by a mentalist/illusionist named Derren Brown, and the show will play out enmeshed Chris in a web of lies where Brown says: “I need him to feel like there’s only one way out when he’s told to commit murder.” The surreal show is set to debut on February 27 on Netflix, look at the trailer above and share your thoughts in the comments below.
