Back in September, Playboi Carti shared an image of London punk outfit The Damned with a caption that read, “Carti Uzi Tape * Uzi Carti Tape * 16.29,” suggesting a joint project with him and Lil Uzi Vert was on the way. Since that teaser, there hasn’t been much news on the project aside from their appearance together on the AWGE DVD Vol. 2 which released last month.

Now with an official track debuted today, it appears fans may be getting closer to the long-fabled joint album. Courtesy of WorldStarHipHop, the beloved rap duo drop off what could presumably be their project’s first single, “Bankroll” co-produced by DP Beats and Greedy Money. Meanwhile, the two were also recently spotted together in a jewelry store.
