The uniquely color-blocked premium suede upper is said to be an ode to the Nike SB Dunk Low of the same name from 2013. May’s second Jordan Brand collaboration utilizes a “Bordeaux” base on the heel, interweaving “Sunset Tint-Rush,” “Red-Light,” and “Armory Blue” throughout the upper. The various pastel tones are joined with premium cowhide laces, a luxurious leather lining, and diamond-quilted leather insoles toting May’s signature. Finishing off the unique design are removable faux hair tongues; a perfect touch for the colder months.
The Aleali May x Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG “Viotech” is priced at $160 USD and is set to have a limited global release in women’s sizes on December 15. A wider North American release will follow at select retailers, Nike’s web store, and the Nike SNKRS app on December 22.
