Kendrick Lamar & U2 Re-Team for "American Soul"
A reworking of Kenny’s “XXX.”
The iconic rock outfit U2 and the illustrious Kung Fu Kenny have teamed up once again on “American Soul.” This latest collaboration comes after their “Get Out of Your Own Way” effort and is a reworking of Kendrick Lamar’s “XXX.”
The original track is a cut off his DAMN. album, where U2 made an appearance on the hook. “American Soul” as well as “Get Out of Your Own Way” will appear on Songs of Experience, U2’s upcoming album that’s set to drop December 1.
