As a follow up to Lil Pumps diamond jewelry collection walkthrough, GQ is back with another instalment of On the Rocks, this time featuring rapper Tyga. Showing off some of his more recent pieces in his collection, T-Raw goes in to discuss how his Asian/African background have both helped inspired his custom jewelry designs. Taking a trip down memory lane, the LA-native speaks on his earlier pieces, and how past rap artists have inspired his taste for flashy jewelry — he even humbly admits that his chain he wore during his first meeting with Lil Wayne was fake.
The video also gives us a look at his Takashi Murakami x Louis Vuitton-inspired ring by Ben Baller, a $250,000 USD diamond necklace, two of his high-end mechanical Swiss-made watches, down to his more recent Maison Goyard-inspired chain. Finishing off the video, Tyga goes on to display a pair of 4-carat diamond earrings and a $300,000 USD princess-cut bracelet.
