Nike Remixes the Air Max 97 With an “Emerald Green” Color Scheme

Nike’s Air Max 97 continues to break ground, dropping in a throng of imaginative reworks over the last little, with this past summer proving one of the busiest for the shoe in recent memory. Following up from the maroon/blue motif spotted last week, this new rendition cleverly combines black and white with sporadic splashes of “Emerald Green” tossed in here and there.
Black leather and white mesh alternate all throughout its upper, while the signature green hue livens up the side Swoosh, tongue, heel pull tab, inner lining and outsole. To complete the look, Nike’s customary Air-infused midsole and sturdy rubber outsole round out the new model, tying it all together.
