The numbers are in. Beyoncé and JAY-Z‘s “On The Run II” tour just completed and according to Variety, the concert run grossed a stunning $254,050,706 USD in a matter of four months. The tour kicked off on June 6 of this year in Cardiff, UK and concluded in Vancouver, BC on October 2. TIDAL presales actually started as early as March 14. Other impressive feats of the Bey and Jay collaboration tour include 2,169,050 tickets being sold for an average of 55,617 per show — that’s $6,514,120.69 average gross per show according to Variety.

It was undoubtedly a big year for the power couple as their first joint-album Everything is Love also dropped this year. With Queen B’s Lemonade and JAY-Z’s 4:44 albums just released the previous years, fans were eager to experience these songs live on stage. The reaction was a no-brainer for die-hard music fans as getting to see the Carters on the same bill once again was probably the best ticket money can buy at that time.
