A First Look at the BAIT x Marvel x PUMA Cell Venom "Carnage"

Recently, BAIT‘s Venom-themed PUMA CELL sneaker and clothing, the footwear boutique has introduced an even-more limited shoe that honors one of Spider-Man‘s most vicious adversaries: Carnage. The alien symbiote, who rose to infamy in the early ’90s comic book crossover Maximum Carnage, is the subject of a special pair of shoes, available in even more limited numbers than the Venom sneaker.
Once again working from the PUMA CELL base, the shoe blends Carnage’s unforgettable black and red hues with bright white accents, evoking the villain’s stark white eyes. A thematic insole ties in with “CARNAGE” embossing on the heel, while glossy overlay on the upper nods to Carnage’s fleshy arms and legs. Like its CELL Venom counterpart, the “Carnage” model is tucked inside a special capsule, differentiated from the Venom shoe with text that reads “SPECIMEN: CARNAGE SYMBIOTE.”
The “Carnage” PUMA CELL Venom drops at New York Comic Con this weekend, with pre-orders launching at BAIT’s chapter stores on October 6. Raffling and winners will go down on October 8. Below, check out the sneaker boutique’s Venom-centric Comic Con booth.
