Nike's SF-AF1 "Lunar New Year" Rings in the Holiday
Featuring a celestial-inspired graphic outsole.
Nike spotlights the SF-AF1 for its “Lunar New Year” edition. Following the likes of the Air Jordan 6, Air Max 90 and AF1 Low –to mention a few– the Swoosh brand pushes forward to introduce footwear to highlight Chinese New Year.
Keeping it pristine with an all-white silhouette and luxe features, the military-inspired sneaker receives breaks in the monochromatism via gold detailing that appears on the metal loopholes. Graphics are worked in as well, as the Oregon label pays homage to the holiday through a colorfully designed outsole and printed tongue.
