Nike Gears up to Drop a Reworked Air Force 1 Low "Year of the Dog"
The 2006 pair receives a makeover.

Nike’s appreciation for the Chinese New Year is slated to proceed in 2018. The zodiac tradition will continue thanks to a new edition of the Air Force 1 Low “Year of the Dog” iteration. The forthcoming drop is an update from the original 2006 pair which hosts pony hair on its heel. The Chinese characters and aforementioned material represents the Tibetan mastiff dog breed while the graphics found on the mudguard hold influence from temple artwork while its lasering holds inspiration from the “Tangta” design which conveys good fortune. For the forthcoming edition you’ll notice a color change as white dominates the majority of the sneaker while the pony hair is treated in light tan.
