24 Kilates & Hummel HIVE's Marathona Collab Honors the Sport of Sepak Takraw
A premium set of matching shoes, jerseys and shorts.
Barcelona-based 24 Kilates links up with Hummel for a new take on a vintage runner silhouette and some matching gear.
Honoring the intense Southeast Asian ball sport of sepak takraw, 24 Kilates and Hummel’s HIVE division have developed a special, limited-edition Marathona. Made up of premium, black lamb leather, the new sneaker is outfitted with tonal stitching, gold branding and a Thailand-constructed brass pedant. For the matching apparel, consumers are treated to two jerseys that boast the same colorway as the shoes and a similar pair of shorts to go along with the entire look. Adding to the theme of the collaboration, each of the clothing items features graphic motifs that honor Thailand’s national sepak takraw team.

The items themselves will hit the shelves of 24 Kilates’ Barcelona and Bangkok locations on December 2, while a wider online — via Hummel’s official webstore –and physical release is planned for December 7.
