NikeLab and Riccardo Tisci Celebrate Basketball With The "Victorious Minotaurs"
“Ball is life” for Tisci.
Following a teaser from Riccardo Tisci, Nike has officially revealed that it’ll be joining forces with the designer once again. This time around, Tisci combines sport and elegance with basketball serving as the foundation. Within the offering you’ll find an oxford shirt, track pants and varsity jacket which will complete a set of four items for men and three for women. Accessories join the fold as well to round out its apparel.
Continuing its sporty aesthetic, Tisci also cooked up a special Nike Air Force 1 holding NBA inspiration. Boasting red, white and blue coloring as a homage to the NBA logo, you’ll find a selection of graphics throughout the upper as it highlights its own fictional team in the Victorious Minotaurs.
The forthcoming NikeLab x RT Victorious Minotaurs range will drop on October 12 in North America and October 20 in Paris. This will be followed by a global launch at NikeLab stores and online on October 20.
