New Era and New Balance Team up for Minimal New Capsule
Wrapping the 574 Sport in black leather and gray wool.
On the back of its collaboration with Stüssy, New Balance has now unveiled its latest joint capsule with New Era. The two brands have previously worked together on a sneaker to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the MT580 silhouette, and the latest capsule sees a take on New Balance’s 574 Sport silhouette — as well as a joint version of New Era’s signature 9FIFTY cap style.
The sneakers come with signature wool twill fabric with touches of premium black leather on the tip, collar strap, heel tab and tongue label. The black and gray upper is contrasted with a gum outsole, with the shoe also featuring a co-branded insert showcasing heritage New Era logos. The collaborative cap comes in the same materials, with the wool twill appearing on the peak.
The pack is set to drop via New Balance and New Era web stores on October 14, with the 574 Sport sneaker priced at $150 USD. For more versions of the silhouette, check out the “Olive Green” colorway which recently released.
