Nike's Air Force 1 Ultra Force Mid Debuts Next Week

Winter may just be getting started, but Nike already has a new springtime take on the Air Force 1 ready to make its debut in the days ahead. Dubbed the Air Force 1 Ultra Force Mid, the new design updates the AF1 with a strapless mid-top cut and a breathable one-piece bootie along with the Swoosh’s weight-shedding Ultra construction for the sole unit. Modern materials aside, the design is unmistakably an Air Force 1 and comes complete with leather overlays and hits of reflectivity to the tongue and heel pulls.
Look for black and “Gym Red” colorways to debut for men on January 5 for $110 USD while women will get a matching black look along with “Light Bone” and “Vachetta Tan” make-ups — all of which couple monochromatic uppers with stark white sole units.
