JOOPITER is celebrating NIGO and Pharrell Williams‘ creative history with the dual NIGO Knows and Pharrell Knows Too auction.

The blocks take a deep dive into the pair’s decades-long relationship through iconic and rare items from their personal archives. Some of the auction items were first revealed during the Louis Vuitton Men’s Fall/Winter 2025 in Paris, which also debuted a new collaboration between the two creatives. “Nigo-san is the ultimate archivist,” Williams said. “The first time I saw his archive in Tokyo years ago it blew my mind, it felt like I was walking into a time capsule. It continues to be a privilege to call him my friend for nearly 25 years, and he’s also a mentor, genius, and incredible collaborator. I’m very grateful we’re here in Paris together through Louis Vuitton and JOOPITER, it’s a dream.”

NIGO added, “Pharrell and I are both creators but at the same time, we are also consumers. In some ways, this auction is a conversation from consumer to consumer. It’s an honor to be working together with Pharrell on this and so many other projects over the years and many more in the future.”

NIGO Knows unearths the multi-hyphenate’s deep collection of rare pop culture memorabilia and shows his adoration for a myriad of artists. The auction block includes rare framed original posters from the Beatles, of whom NIGO has been a devoted fan since his young days, and Ludwig Drum Co. drum kits identical to the ones Ringo Starr played during the band’s 1969 London rooftop performance. There’s also Andy Warhol’s original “Campbell Soup” series silkscreen print,  original posters from Chelsea Girls and Bike Boy and signed items from the Beastie Boys gifted to NIGO.

Special mystery boxes from Takashi Murakami, Futura 2000 and Daniel Arsham — prepped by the artists themselves but never opened — are also exclusively offered for JOOPITER for lucky purchasers, while bags and luxury goods from the likes of Hermès, Goyard, Chanel x Pharrell Williams and Louis Vuitton, art and objects by Futura 2000, SHAG and Tiffany & Co. x Daniel Arsham join the auction block.

Meanwhile, Pharrell Knows Too is an exploration of the Louis Vuitton Men’s Creative Director’s rise as a pillar in fashion and starts off with items synonymous to his early career with N.E.R.D., including the group’s logo trucker caps often spotted in the early 2000s, a Jacob & Co. Blackberry 8820 covered in solid gold and a vintage military helmet worn by Williams for the cover of 2010’s Nothing. The auction block features the adidas x Pharrell Williams reflective suit he wore to the 2015 GRAMMYs, the World’s End by Vivienne Westwood Brown Mountain Hat customized by the creative himself and other pieces created as part of the collaboration between adidas and Billionaire Boys Club.

Being the avid watch collector that he is, Pharrell is also auctioning off a series of rare timepieces like a Franck Mueller Cintree Curves 7850CCT Chronograph Tourbillon in platinum with a crocodile strap, as well as a BAPE Gold G-SHOCK customized by Jacob & Co. Other highlights from his collection include a deadstock pair of 2011 Nike Air Mag “Back to the Future” sneakers, a Chanel tennis racket and ball set and a Hervet Manufacturer Daft Punk skateboard.

JOOPITER’s NIGO Knows and Pharrell Knows Too will be open for global bidding on the JOOPITER website from January 24 to February 5.
