Update: Jae Tips and Saucony have been relentless with their output since first uniting in 2022. The duo present strong themes — and even stronger color compositions — with each launch and are back this season with this Jazz 9 “I Love You But I’m Busy” campaign. While we remain without a proper announcement of the project, its set of official images have been shared, highlighting the shoe in its entirety. As discussed previously, blue, pink, yellow, silver, orange, red and black collide across this special rendition of the shoe. A release date has not yet been announced, however, look out for it to arrive soon via Saucony. Stay tuned for more updates and revisit our initial breakdown below for more info.

Original Story: John “Jae Tips” Cotton and Saucony are coming off a banner 2024 thanks to two collaborative colorways of the Matrix silhouette and, of course, the ProGrid Omni 9 “To-Do List,” a silhouette that garnered serious “sneaker of the year” conversation. They’re not taking their foot off the gas in 2025 either, as Tips has revealed a new Jazz 9 collaboration via a post on his Instagram.

Tips and Saucony are almost a half-dozen collabs deep, and their firmly established visual language — bright, bold and colorful — is continued here. Neon-toned shades of pink, orange, yellow and blue can all be seen, with hits of white, grey and black providing a touch of easygoing contrast. A carabiner that holds a multi-colored flower is attached to the left shoe’s laces.

The key detail, however, can be seen across the heels: the left shoe says “I Love You,” while the right shoe clarifies “But Im [sic] busy.” Though Tips has yet to reveal the theme for this collaborative release, there’s a good chance it’s a salute to his busy lifestyle. The aforementioned “To-Do List,” for example, was designed to be the perfect shoe to wear while checking off the tasks on one’s to-do list.

A release date and pricing information have yet to be revealed, but are likely to surface soon. Stay tuned for further updates as they’re made available.
