JT Doesn't Hold Back on "Ran Out"
The rapper’s first release since she made her longform studio debut with ‘City Cinderella’ over the summer.
JT undoubtedly made her mark on 2024. After dropping off an impressive array of singles throughout the year, the City Girls rapper made her proper debut with her first-ever studio album City Cinderella, asserting herself as a force to be reckoned with in the rap space. Once again, JT is back with another anthemic hip-hop cut – which marks her first release since her breakout debut – entitled “Ran Out.”
Per a press release, the 2-minute-and-22-second-long offering “ushers in a new era” for JT, arriving on the heels of her performance with Doechii to close out DSquared2‘s Fall / Winter 2025 Runway at Milan Fashion Week.
“B*tch, I’m getting money, I ain’t ran out (Shake that ass, ho) / My b*tches shakin’ ass with they hand out (Get that cash, ho) / How the f*ck we beefin’, you was fanned out? (Make em’ mad, ho),” she delivers on the catchy chorus.
The single also arrives alongside its official music video, directed by Kardashians and Playboi Carti collaborator INDIANA420BITCH. In the video, JT spits the song’s lyrics from the back of a truck and the backseat of a car, surrounded by her group of girls – including Gabriette and Quen Blackwell.
