The first posthumous project from Rich Homie Quan has landed. Entitled Forever Goin In, the album is a lengthy compilation of Quan’s recent tracks, surfacing as predominantly a solo effort.

The album – which was announced just hours before its release – clocks in at 35 songs, and arrives just about a month after the rapper died at age 34. Last week, the Fulton County Medical Examiner declared his death as an accidental overdose, finding traces of fentanyl, alprazolam, codeine, promethazine and THC in his system.

Contributions on Forever Goin In come from 2 Chainz, Skilla Baby, Lil Tjay, Plies, Quicktrip, Sukihana, VVSNCE and DUUO.

“Quan had probably over 2,000 unreleased songs,” the rapper’s father, Corey Lamar, told Atlanta’s WSB-TV shortly after his death, noting that Quan had just wrapped a “20-25 song project” featuring the likes of 2 Chainz and Plies. “But once he gets in a mode to record, those songs become old to him,” Lamar continued. “And when they become old he wants to focus on the new stuff. He has a catalog in the vault. He has a ton of music that the fans need to hear.”
