PORTER Taps TOGA For Fifth Bag Collaboration
Featuring various stud embellishments.
Across recent years, bagmaking experts PORTER have connected with Yasuko Furuta‘s TOGA for bag capsules. Most recently during Spring/Summer 2022, an Americana touch graced three nylon carrying styles. Pivoting to Spring/Summer 2023, the fusion of the two labels has been realized once again as TOGA’s touch graces a belt bag, string balloon bag and backpack.
First, the Embellished Belt Bag in black and green colorways sees the versatile style adorned with studs, including on it’s unique strap. As for the String Ballon Bag, it offers the same color options — alongside a now sold out light blue that was available exclusively via TOGA — while similarly leveraging its build to include silver hardware scattered throughout. A backpack rounds out the collection, carrying co-branding found on the other pieces with a monogram-esque finish offered by its studwork.
While the latest collection between TOGA and PORTER launched at the end of last month, it is currently available via Goodhood and expected to arrive at additional select retailers soon. The Embellished Belt Bag is priced at £337 GBP (approx. $422 USD) and the String Balloon Bag is listed at £592 GBP (approx. $741 USD).
