HUMAN MADE Readies for a Lucky New Year
Delivering a range of “A・KE・O MADE” goods alongside a “GOOD LUCK DOLL.”
HUMAN MADE‘s home goods are always aesthetically clean and crafted with functionality at the forefront, with the label delivering a slew of homeware including kitchen accessories, glassware and utensils throughout the year. NIGO‘s streetwear imprint is closing out 2023 with nothing but positive energy, delivering the good luck-infused “A・KE・O MADE” capsule, which comes complete with a “GOOD LUCK DOLL” novelty toy.
“A・KE・O MADE” items include, in classic HUMAN MADE fashion, “a lineup of useful items,” which this time around includes: seasonal chopsticks (with a case included), Porcelain plates, square wooden cups, chopstick rests and a varsity jacket-shaped pouch bag.
Square wooden cups – lucky masu cups – come in two sizes and see etched HUMAN MADE branding on the side. The “MAMEZARA” three-piece set includes three sizes of porcelain plates, each featuring HUMAN MADE’s heart logo in the middle. An “auspicious traditional craft item,” each “GOOD LUCK DOLL”‘ is a meticulously handcrafted papier-mâché figurine – each of which is polished off with a branded “H” for HUMAN MADE.
Wooden chopsticks boast an intricate HUMAN MADE logo on the bottom, and pair perfectly with the red and white heart-shaped chopstick rests. Rounding out the range is the set of three “POCHIBUKURO” – paper envelopes “traditionally used when exchanging monetary gifts” – that each resemble a HUMAN MADE varsity jacket.
