Another Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Is on the Way

A standout part of Nike’s collaborative history is with Patta on the Air Max 1. This combination has continued to excite sneakerheads for over a decade. Now, after a “White/Gray” colorway popped up last month, an “Orange Blaze” has been teased by Patta co-founder Guillaume Schmidt. The Dutch boutique is following up on four colorways of the Air Max 1 that it released at the end of last year.
Kicking off this take on the iconic Air Max 1, the silver mesh found on 2021’s four colorways returns yet again with leather overlays resting on top. However, in “Orange Blaze,” a rust orange hits the overlays with a polish effect on the leather. A brighter orange is found on the laces while hits of fuchsia land on the trim as an additional accent. The duo’s branding is included at the tongue and insoles to round out the look.
No release details regarding the next entry in the duo’s collaborative portfolio has been shared. However, this pair is expected to release this year via Nike and select retailers.
