AURALEE Announces Release Details for Its New Balance 2002R Collab
The Tokyo-based label gives the lifestyle model a clean “White/Yellow Beige” makeover.

New Balance continues to strike up a plethora of conversations about its various footwear launches, especially when it comes to its flurry of collaborative projects. Summer has been quite eventful for the brand thus far as it has uncovered team-ups with the likes of Donald Glover, thisisneverthat, Up There and more, and now its highlighting its newest New Balance 2002R offering with AURALEE.
The Tokyo-based label has linked up with the Boston sportswear company on a handful of occasions for silhouettes like the popular 550, RC_2 and the FuelCell Speedrift, and much like these previous iterations, a neutral-heavy presentation is put on display. A “Yellow Beige” hue takes center stage across the lifestyle model as it dumps on top of the suede quarter panels and tongues while a light beige hue is called to ornament the mesh collars, forefoot panels and toe boxes. An ivory-esque hue also turns up on the piping and interior liners to bring together its entire look.
Peep a closer look at the pair above and note that AURALEE is opening up their raffle from July 8-July 11. A global launch is expected to take place in August.
