Following several footwear and apparel collaborations stretching back to 2019, which most recently brought about a limited-edition iteration of the 1906R, thisisneverthat and New Balance revisit the 2002R silhouette once again. Similar to the ML2002R silhouette introduced by the South Korean label in 2020, the upcoming pairs are crafted in a clean and restrained approach featuring light grey suede, canvas, and mesh uppers with hints of dark and pale steel blue on the branding accents.
Ribbed shoelaces extend over the padded tongue and white NERGY soles incorporate two-toned ABZORB SBS heel cushioning to complete the design.
