Tokyo-based label AURALEE has previewed its latest collaboration with New Balance as part of its Spring/Summer 2022 collection. For the new link up — the fifth between the two brands — AURALEE has reworked the 2002R silhouette in two neutral colorways.

Coming as a follow up to the hugely popular 550 collaboration that released earlier this year, the new collaboration also features a design in an off-white color palette. This upper is offset by tonal detailing including the mesh toe section and the signature “N” logo. For the second pair in the SS22 pack, AURALEE has dressed it in a classic white colorway, with beige panels appearing on the heel. Both designs are then finished with New Balance and AURALEE-branded footbeds.

Take an up-close look at the two colorways in the gallery above. The AURALEE x New Balance 2002R is due to release early next year, along with the wider SS22 collection.
