The rapper also announced a forthcoming CMG compilation album.
Yo Gotti has released a new single titled “Steppas,” featuring a slew of CMG-signed artists, including Moneybagg Yo, 42 Dugg, EST Gee, Mozzy and Blac Youngsta. The track, which also arrived with an accompanying music video, follows Gotti’s team-up with Moneybagg, Mozzy and CMG rapper Lil Poppa for “Big League” last month.
Alongside the track’s debut, CMG officially announced its upcoming compilation album, which is scheduled for release on July 15.

The announcement comes after Gotti teased the record on Instagram Live on Wednesday. “On the real, I think it’s about time. Everybody keeps asking for it, like, you know, ‘When we gon’ do a tour? When we gon’ do a project together?’” he said. “I think it’s about time, man. All the songs we’ve been recording together. All the late nights. We got crazy, crazy, like, crazy songs, so I think we should just gon’ drop the whole CMG project on these people, man.”
CMG’s album announcement comes after the imprint signed its newest member, GloRilla, who is known for her breakout hit “FNF (Let’s Go).” GloRilla marks the fifth addition to CMG’s roster this year, alongside Lehla Samia, 10Percent, Lil Poppa and Mozzy.
