Here are the Official Images of the A-COLD-WALL* x Converse Aeon Active CX
Arriving in two colorways.
Following initial teaser images revealed late last month, release dates for the A-COLD-WALL* x Converse Aeon Active CX sneakers have now been officially announced.
The duo first joined forces back in 2020 for a pair of Chuck Taylor Lugged boots that were given a heavy-duty makeover with rugged black nylon uppers and rubber overlays. This time around, Converse and Samuel Ross debut a futuristic lifestyle runner, applying Samuel Ross’ signature aesthetic and Converse’s innovative CX comfort technology.
The laceless sneakers arrive in elastic stretch and combo mesh uppers with seasonal codes printed across the laterals, branded pull tabs on the tongue and heel, and thick Crater foam midsoles that mimic the texture of concrete. An exaggerated heel kick and TPU heel wedge below allow for seamless on and off wear, and semi-translucent outsoles complete the design.
Two iterations will be available, including a “Micro Chip/Healing Jade/Black” colorway slated to drop exclusively on A-COLD-WALL*’s website on April 6 and Converse’s website on April 12, and a “Black/Apple Green” colorway scheduled for May 8 via A-COLD-WALL* and May 12 via Converse.
