Mizuno Teases an 'Evangelion' Collaboration
Eluding to the liveries of Unit-01 and Unit-02 from the series.
Mizuno has been ramping its collaborations as of late, joining forces with the likes of Patta, BEAMS, Hanon, and Hajime Sorayama on a range of footwear.
Following a series of Naruto Shippuden Contenders sneakers, Mizuno is now collaborating with another Japanese animation, Evangelion. Teased via a pair of tweets from the Mizuno Shop, the promo graphics display purple/green and red/orange Mizuno logos printed on a black mosaic background, eluding to liveries of Evangelion Unit-01 and Unit-02 from the Neon Genesis Evangelion series.
Details surrounding the debut collab between Mizuno and Evangelion are expected to arrive on March 30. Stay tuned for more updates.
